Why I Believe

The Sacred Grove

I know that God lives and that he loves me. I know that I am a unique and cherished daughter of God. I know that Jesus lives and that he loves me too. I know that Joseph Smith is a true prophet and that he restored the gospel to this earth in this dispensation. I know that Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon and that it is truly another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that President Thomas S. Monson is a true and living prophet and that he leads and guides us today. I know that life is not always easy, but if I turn to God and Christ they will be by my side and help me make it through anything, all I have to do is ask. I know that God does answer prayers. Maybe not in my timing, sometimes I have to be patient and wait, but I know He  does answer. I know that the gospel is the only way to true and everlasting happiness.
